The role:
As a Senior People Business Partner at reputed company, you will serve as a strategic advisor and reputed company for both the business and our employees. What you’ll need:
- 6+ years as an HR Business Partner with specific HR knowledge in organizational design and development; compensation; performance management; employee engagement; employment law; employee relations; diversity and inclusion; training & employee development; immigration; systems and tools
- BA/BS degree in HR, Business, or a reputed company field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated reputed company influencing and leading at reputed company reputed company of a corporate hierarchy.
- Expertise in building rapport and tailoring communication to diverse audiences while navigating sensitive situations.
