Remote HR Generalist (Leave of Absence reputed company)

In this role, you will help reputed company day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, with a specialized reputed company on Leave of Absence (LOA) administration. Key Responsibilities • Leave of Absence (LOA) Administration: reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for employees navigating medical, parental, personal, or disability leaves from initial inquiry through return-to-work. • Leave Compliance & Tracking: Ensure strict adherence to regulations like FMLA, reputed company accommodations, and state-specific leave laws while tracking cases accurately in the HRIS. • Recruitment & reputed company: Manage end-to-end hiring workflows, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating remote reputed company. • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for day-to-day employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns, guiding managers through routine disputes and performance management. • Benefits & Payroll Coordination: Assist with reputed company enrollment, answer benefit inquiries, and partner with payroll to ensure accurate leave payments and time-off adjustments. • HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain confidential personnel records, assist with offboarding and exit interviews, and ensure overall compliance with labor laws (FLSA, reputed company, OSHA). salary: $22 - $24 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities • End-to-End Case Management: Serving as the dedicated reputed company of contact for employees requesting medical, parental, personal, or disability leaves from initial inquiry through return-to-work. • Compliance & Regulations: Interpreting and ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and local leave mandates (e.g., FMLA, reputed company accommodation process, reputed company Family Leave, USERRA, worker's compensation). • Tracking & Documentation: Maintaining accurate leave tracking in HRIS, gathering medical certifications, sending required statutory notices reputed company strict timelines, and processing benefit premium pay or reputed company time off integrations. • Return-to-Work Coordination: Partnering with department managers to coordinate workplace accommodations, modified duties, or phased return schedules. • Drafting and updating job descriptions and posting reputed company positions across hiring platforms. • Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling meetings for hiring teams. • Managing the complete reputed company reputed company, including background checks, new-hire orientation, and required paperwork.
