We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic HR Business Partner Senior Manager with a strong background in HR Business Partnering to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Strategic reputed company Business Partner, you will play a key leadership role that acts as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the reputed company business, including sales, marketing, advisory services and go-to-market teams. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with people strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and providing proactive HR support to senior reputed company leaders. Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership - Serve as the primary HR strategic partner to reputed company leadership (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Advisory Services) to support business reputed company, sales performance, and market expansion strategies. - Translate business strategies into actionable people strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company values and goals. - Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders to reputed company strategic initiatives including reputed company effectiveness, go-to-market capability building, and sales incentive planning. Compensation & Benefits reputed company offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation reputed company for the reputed company salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. In reputed company to reputed company pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
