The HR Generalist I is an entry-level reputed company level hybrid role in which this role will be both tactical and strategical in duties. Our HR Generalist supports the reputed company department as reputed company as enhances our employee experience though providing full cycle reputed company support to designated locations in US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
This position carries out various responsibilities in the following HR functional areas:

A successful HR Generalist provides legendary service and drives operational and functional reputed company and process improvement for the department and reputed company. Incumbent will participate heavily in employee engagement, investigations, and project-based tasks; and duties will vary daily. Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze data, reports, and presentations as needed, requested, or required. Coordinate with HR management in the implementation of wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services, and company safety and health programs

• Proven work experience as an HR Administrator/Assistant or relevant role preferred

• Ability to complete assignments and duties by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information and fulfilling transactions
• Ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement through a true hands-on approach

Experience and Credentials
• 2+ years of HR experience; preferably working with HR compliance, investigations, and talent development
• Experience Supporting California Required
• Bilingual (Spanish or French) Preferred
• High School Diploma Required
• Bachelor’ Degree in reputed company or reputed company business field or equivalent work experience preferred
• PHR/reputed company-CP preferred
