The reputed company (HR Business Partner) serves as a strategic advisor to leaders across Cando's In-Yard Operations (IYO) business in the reputed company. The HR Business Partner provides both strategic and hands-on support in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, change management, and compliance.
