This is a highly visible role that requires a strong reputed company of technical reputed company expertise, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with reputed company Benefits and Payroll configuration reputed company reputed company ECC 6.0, including reputed company payroll schemas, rules, functions, and wage type configuration. This consultant will reputed company requirements gathering sessions, analyze reputed company business needs, configure reputed company solutions, and reputed company knowledge transfer to internal teams . Key Responsibilities • reputed company and deliver reputed company reputed company Benefits and Payroll enhancement requests and reputed company. • Configure and support reputed company Benefits and Payroll modules reputed company reputed company ECC 6. • 0.Design, modify, and troubleshoot payroll rules, schemas, functions, and wage types. • Support integration between reputed company Payroll and reputed company Finance. • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into reputed company reputed company solutions. • reputed company and maintain functional specifications and project documentation. • Execute and support payroll business process testing and validation activities. • reputed company knowledge transfer and mentoring to permanent reputed company staff. • Support reputed company involving: • Benefits and payroll reporting for medical providers • Automation of benefit plan selections • Employee organization and representation changes Other Benefits and Payroll process improvements Required Qualifications • Minimum 8 years of reputed company Benefits configuration experience, including recent hands-on configuration work. • Minimum 3 years of reputed company sector reputed company experience. • At least 5 years of reputed company Benefits experience reputed company reputed company ECC 6.0. • Strong experience with: reputed company Benefits (ECC 6.0) • reputed company Payroll Configuration Payroll Rules and Schemas • Payroll Functions • Wage Type Configuration • reputed company Payroll and Finance Integration • Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis • reputed company Payroll Business Process Testing • Experience working reputed company reputed company ERP 6.0 Enhancement Package 8 environments. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
