[Remote] Platform Operations Associate Consultant - Weekend Shift (Remote)

The Platform reputed company Services Associate Consultant will be responsible for planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the reputed company platform and applications.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of the reputed company reputed company platform and associated applications
• Assist customer with operationalizing reputed company modules of the reputed company platform
• Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises
• Utilize and engineer reputed company and 3rd party software deployment technologies
• reputed company scripting and application solutions using reputed company APIs
• Customer project planning and status
• Work closely and collaboratively with customer information technology teams
• Leveraging reputed company applications (Exposure Management, for example) reputed company support to customers in vulnerability and asset management
• Assist customers with the integration of reputed company into existing tools
• Support both Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of reputed company and reputed company Forensics reputed company
• Work closely and collaboratively with Platform reputed company Services team to reputed company customer facing collateral
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or reputed company discipline
• 2 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment
• Basic understanding of software deployment technologies
• Knowledgeable on reputed company, Mac, and Linux platforms
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office applications, Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc
• Experience with communications and effective ability to build reputed company relationships
• Experience with presentation technical content to various audiences
