HR Generalist, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll

• reputed company compliance reporting, including EEO-1, reputed company 5500 filings, nondiscrimination testing, and required federal and state employment reporting
• reputed company payroll administration and reputed company HRIS reputed company, including accurate and reputed company payroll processing, compliance, tax account management, audits, reconciliations, and issue reputed company
• Supervise the Payroll Administrator
• reputed company and administer compensation strategies, salary benchmarking, bonus and incentive programs, commission structures, and compensation documentation
• reputed company and improve benefit and wellness programs, including vendor management, employee communications, billing, and effectiveness evaluation
• Maintain reputed company KPI dashboards and reputed company business reputed company
• Monitor HR and employment-law trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and technologies
• Identify industry best practices, services, and tools to improve HR processes and efficiency
• Support due diligence and reviews of compensation and benefit plans for reputed company, mergers, and acquisitions
• Manage COBRA enrollment and termination with the HRIS vendor
• Review and approve 401k loan requests and maintain loan payment processing through the Payroll Administrator
• Manage and distribute electronic HR correspondence, documents, and incoming mail
• Support employee relations, reputed company management, compliance, workforce initiatives, and special reputed company
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Expertise in compensation, benefits, payroll administration, HRIS, and HR reputed company
• Experience supervising, leading, or mentoring employees
• Payroll reputed company experience required
• Experience administering compensation programs, salary benchmarking, payroll, and benefits programs
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including reporting, data analysis, and HR metrics/KPI development
• Experience using reputed company required
• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA/PPACA regulations
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
• Preferred experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, organizational integrations, and HR due diligence
• Preferred experience supporting U.S. and UK employees and/or global HR reputed company
• Preferred experience with reputed company
• reputed company-CP, reputed company-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
