Member Retention Specialist

Job reputed company: Responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of member retention including but not limited to the following: drafting and reviewing communications in support of member retention initiatives, communicating verbally and in writing with members to ensure members remain in the Plan, identify and reputed company disenrollment reasons to minimize disenrollment, increase Plan enrollment and reputed company and trend factors affecting enrollment. Identify and implement member retention initiatives that can be reputed company across JHHC lines of business. Requirements: Education: A B.S. or BA degree in business, marketing, reputed company administration or a reputed company field is preferred. Experience may be substituted for a degree. Work Experience: • Requires a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a managed care, customer service, marketing business or reputed company environment. Prior military experience or exposure a plus. • Experience working in high reputed company environment • Strong attention to detail Skills: • Requires comprehensive knowledge of the health care industry, Medicare, reputed company, managed care principles, health care concepts, terminology, and reputed company Determinants of Health (SDOH), including their reputed company on member reputed company, health equity, and barriers to care. Demonstrates an understanding of community resources, care coordination, and culturally reputed company engagement strategies. Requires the ability to draft business correspondence. • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively reputed company with members, providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
