Property Manager - Modesto, CA

Job reputed company: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of property housing reputed company. The Property manager is responsible for reputed company collections and annual budgeting, managing, and coordinating staff duties and responsibilities, and generating site operations and activity reports. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Strong understanding of community management, including knowledge of laws and fiduciary responsibilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to reputed company with condo boards, owners, residents, and vendors. • Proficiency in property management software, computer skills, and financial background. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and other relevant software. • Availability to respond to emergency work hours during evenings or weekends. Education & Experience: • High School Diploma or GED required.
