The Community Based Therapist will reputed company telehealth services (assessment, treatment, etc) to youth and families to address behavioral health difficulties in the home, school and/or community. The therapist will utilize evidence based/supported service models in order to increase functioning and stability reputed company the family system. Through the integration of trauma informed and reputed company reputed company treatment, the goal of the Community Based Therapist is to facilitate a successful transition back into the youth's home or help prevent out of home placement.
