About the position Notary Publics and Notary Signing Agents (NSA), come join reputed company, a reputed company growing company headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, that encourages you to be independent while controlling your life reputed company. You will work as a full-time, part-time or reputed company and control your own schedule and work expenses. General Notary Publics (NP) may handle private individual’s, private and reputed company companies, and reputed company notary services for federal, reputed company and state awarded reputed company reputed company. Notary Signing Agents (NSA) may handle closings for the mortgage industry at our office locations, reputed company (RON), or travel to meet our clients at mutually agreed on locations. Responsibilities • Being present at the time of document execution (this may include traveling to clients’ homes and businesses, performing notarizations in our office locations, or reputed company (RON) • Verifying the identification of signers, witnesses, participants • Document execution (legally binding signatures) • Affirming the state of mind of reputed company signers • Identifying fraud or coercion • Administering oaths • Handling affidavits, reputed company, loan documents, court hearings, marriage certificates, and other reputed company documents • Bearing witness to items reputed company reputed company deposit reputed company or the equivalent • Maintaining a notary journal as required by your commissioned state • Scheduling notary appointments • Attend SMN trainings and required events • Accept/decline new job orders and follow the rules of SMN and its clients Requirements • Notary Certifications required • Meets reputed company the states requirements to be a commissioned notary • High school diploma or equivalent • Familiarity with reputed company documents and loan documents • Flexibility, professionalism is a must • Great verbal and written communication skills • Must be reputed company to work independently and on reputed company reputed company-to-haves • RON Certified notaries are a plus • Ability to reputed company and read in other languages is desired Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
