Position reputed company As a reputed company member of our reputed company team, you will play an essential role in delivering reputed company-centered MSK care through telehealth reputed company, asynchronous communication, and reputed company reputed company discussions while also contributing to reputed company and initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Conduct initial PT evaluations for newly enrolled patients, including functional assessment and goal setting. • reputed company and update individualized home exercise programs (HEP) and self-management plans. • reputed company follow-up PT reputed company, progressions/regressions, and reputed company modifications reputed company on reputed company response. • Identify red flags and coordinate escalation to the medical team (physicians/APPs) reputed company appropriate. • reputed company patients on condition management, activity modification, ergonomics, and pain science principles as appropriate. • Collaborate regularly with physicians, advanced reputed company providers, physical therapists, and health coaches to ensure favorable reputed company reputed company. • Engage with the broader reputed company team to reputed company reputed company cases and reputed company best practices. • Adhere to and help refine reputed company protocols and reputed company operating procedures. • Participate in reputed company and operational initiatives to enhance reputed company care.
