Qualifications • If filled at the Government Assistance Eligibility Specialist I Level: • Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree. • Experience: None. • Equivalency: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. • If filled at the Government Assistance Eligibility Specialist II Level: • Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree. • Experience: Eighteen (18) months of experience as a Government Assistance Eligibility Specialist I or as a specialist determining eligibility for comparable governmental assistance programs. • Equivalency: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
