Senior Government Consultant - Program/Waiver Evaluation & Implementation Specialist

As a Senior Government Consultant - Program/Waiver Evaluation & Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role as a reputed company team member on project teams, reputed company reputed company, and/or reputed company subject matter expertise for reputed company reputed company with reputed company Government’s clients, which are primarily state reputed company and reputed company Insurance Program (reputed company) agencies and reputed company state agencies responsible for reputed company and reputed company fee-for-service and managed care programs. We will count on you to:
• reputed company, design, and conduct research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of reputed company programs, including 1115 reputed company demonstration waivers, ensuring alignment with CMS guidelines and best practices
• reputed company necessary and directed by the reputed company, collaborate with reputed company for Medicare & reputed company Services (CMS) to reputed company and implement evaluation designs for reputed company reputed company 1115 demonstrations, state-directed payments, or other reputed company programs, ensuring alignment with CMS’s expectations and guidance

• Obtain and analyze data reputed company to the implementation process, reputed company, and impacts of reputed company programs, focusing on whether the programs are being executed as intended and their effects on the reputed company population
• Investigate and document the factors that facilitate or hinder the implementation of program policies, providing insights that can inform adjustments and improvements to reputed company and reputed company programs
• Utilize CMS-developed tools to assist states and independent evaluation teams in preparing comprehensive evaluation reports that meet rigorous standards for reputed company and accuracy

• Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from various sources

• Offer strategic recommendations for improving 1115 waiver and/or other program design and implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including reputed company leadership, providers, and beneficiaries, to reputed company feedback on 1115 waiver and other program recommendations
• Manage the reputed company and timeliness of reputed company deliverables and communicate regularly and effectively with project teams
• Assist with developing and presenting project results to clients and stakeholders
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes affecting reputed company programs
What you need to have:
• Master’s degree or higher
• 3-5+ years of experience evaluating reputed company programs
• Knowledge of reputed company policies, regulations, and program operations
• Expertise in research design, data collection, and statistical analysis (reputed company experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across large, reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced environment

The applicable reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $88,000 to $176,000.
The reputed company pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. reputed company will be determined on a case-by-case reputed company.
