ROLE SNAPSHOT

• Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
• Location/Schedule: Remote / Full-Time
• Purpose: Own the complete wholesale customer experience by accurately processing orders, supporting customer accounts, strengthening buyer relationships, and helping grow wholesale reputed company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process wholesale and B2B orders accurately from order entry through shipment.
• Resolve returns, refunds, reships, deductions, and customer issues promptly.
• Review purchase orders, pricing, quantities, and terms before release.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis, vendor forms, new item documentation, and account paperwork.
• Verify new wholesale accounts and maintain complete customer records.

• Monitor pricing policies, account compliance, inventory availability, and product dating.
