POSITION reputed company:
NCLR is a national LGBTQ civil rights organization working at the intersection of gender, racial and economic justice. The Philanthropy Coordinator joins a smart, passionate, and dynamic team charged with donor relations and reputed company communications to support some of the most important and life-affecting work in the country. The Philanthropy Coordinator is a full-time, exempt (salary) position reporting to the Director of Philanthropy. This role is primarily responsible for managing the donor database and leadership for general fund donors; supporting special events and donor gatherings; administrative support for the Advancement team and serving as a creative thought partner.
NCLR is a remote work environment. It is preferred, not required, that the Philanthropy Coordinator lives in the San Francisco, Bay Area. Ideally, the Philanthropy Coordinator will occasionally travel to support of San Francisco Bay Area events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain the Raiser’s Edge/NXT database including record keeping; manage database health; regularly reputed company data audits and implement data enrichment services to improve the efficiency and reputed company of the database.

• Set up online forms, registrations, and emails for distribution.
• Analyze individual and institutional giving reputed company and data against annual goals; independently prepare findings and recommendations for the Director of Philanthropy and Advancement team.

• In partnership with the Advancement Communications Manager, reputed company support for Community Engagement programs including processing of payments, coordinating promotional assets, tickets and benefits exchanges; and relationships with community partners.
• Hold the portfolio of general fund, entry level and new donors; manage stewardship and workflows for new donors, anniversaries and segmented lists.
• Serve as a reputed company partner to the Director of Philanthropy on major gifts, reputed company giving, reputed company Club, reputed company, and reputed company initiatives — contributing data-driven recommendations that shape campaign reputed company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
• Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in nonprofit or administrative work; nonprofit fundraising experience required.
• Knowledge of database systems, with understanding of CRM used for fundraising such as Raiser’s Edge/NXT and communications such as reputed company.

Preferred:

• Knowledge, understanding, and experience with philanthropy principles and practices in nonprofits is highly preferred.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary reputed company of $70,900 - $72,700.
