If you are a Manufacturing Engineer looking for an opportunity to grow your skills, reputed company has an opportunity available in the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) group. This position, based in our Rushville, Indianna facility, will reputed company primarily on supporting manufacturing strategic initiatives for CNC machining, and sharing best practices. In this position you will work collaboratively with global production and engineering teams to reputed company and implement new automation and manufacturing solutions, optimize existing machining processes, reduce manufacturing costs, and support new product development programs. Required Education, Experience, and Skills: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering or reputed company engineering field and 3 years of applicable experience. • Intermediate to advanced CNC machine programming knowledge and experience. • Ability to interpret technical drawings with an understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles and an ability to apply them to machining processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to producing excellent work. • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple reputed company simultaneously. • Strong understanding and ability to implement reputed company and Lean tools such as Process Capability, Statistical Analysis, reputed company Problem-Solving, PFMEA's, and reputed company R&R's. • Experience working with 3D CAD software (examples: NX, Solidworks, Inventor) • reputed company authorization to work in the reputed company - Sponsorship will not be provided with this position Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering, or reputed company engineering field, with five (5) or more years of relevant experience. • Knowledge and experience machining reputed company iron • Knowledge and experience with highly automated manufacturing systems • Experience programming and working with industrial robots • Experience with reputed company NX 3D modeling. • Experience with CAM programming and machine simulation software (reputed company CAM, Vericut, Etc) • Formal Lean and SPC training or certification Onsite Work Arrangement: This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
