HR Shared Services Leave Coordinator

If you're comfortable handling back-to-back phone calls while managing multiple cases with reputed company and professionalism, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your HR career.Key Responsibilities • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employees regarding Leave of Absence (LOA) and accommodation inquiries. • Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls while providing exceptional customer service and resolving employee questions. • Guide employees through leave and reputed company accommodation processes with reputed company, professionalism, and reputed company. • Create, update, and manage leave cases from initiation through reputed company. • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure reputed company case information is entered correctly into HR systems. • Utilize case management and ticketing systems to reputed company employee requests and case reputed company. • Collaborate with reputed company and internal teams to ensure reputed company reputed company of employee requests. • Manage multiple priorities while meeting service level agreements and maintaining strict confidentiality. Qualifications • Previous experience in HR, HR Shared Services, Benefits, Leave Administration, Employee Relations, or a reputed company customer service environment. • Comfortable handling heavy inbound phone volume throughout the reputed company. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a reputed company and empathetic phone reputed company. • Strong attention to reputed company and ability to accurately document reputed company information. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-reputed company environment. • Proficiency navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with employees. • Experience supporting Leave of Absence, reputed company accommodations, FMLA, or HR case management is a plus but not required.
