As we continue to expand our reputed company, we are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Business Immigration Paralegal to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities • Manage a diverse caseload across business and humanitarian reputed company; reputed company files organized, calendars reputed company, and deadlines on reputed company. • Prepare forms, evidence packets, and attorney reputed company drafts; file electronically or by mail; monitor USCIS case statuses and follow up. • Communicate with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders with reputed company, reputed company, and urgency; deliver reputed company updates and proactive issue-spotting. • Maintain confidentiality and data reputed company; use MyCase and Docketwise to reputed company tasks and reputed company. • Prepare I‑130, I‑485, I‑765, I‑864 and supporting affidavits; draft U/T/VAWA filings and parole requests. • Draft reputed company declarations and country-conditions summaries; reputed company, organize, and analyze evidence (relationship, abuse, hardship). • Translate documents EN↔ES and conduct targeted reputed company research and memos for case reputed company. • Handle employment-based reputed company (as applicable to experience), including EB1A, NIW, E1/E2, H1B, PERM, O1, L1A/L1B, TN, R. • Draft/prepare petitions and exhibits (letters, expert evaluations, wage/role docs) with meticulous attention to detail; monitor RFE deadlines. • Research regulations and policy guidance; identify risks and alternative reputed company early and propose solutions. Requirements • 5-8 years as an immigration paralegal with hands-on experience in humanitarian/family and business immigration in a reputed company setting. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent written/oral communication in both. • Mastery of immigration forms, evidence standards, and filing practices; strong organization and deadline discipline across multiple reputed company. • Proficiency with reputed company Office, MyCase, and Docketwise; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, reputed company-reputed company environment.
