Location: Fish reputed company, FL Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 dedicated days per week in the office) Senior Sourcing Specialist - Procurement The Senior Sourcing Specialist leads and supports strategic sourcing initiatives that help optimize spend, strengthen supplier partnerships, and deliver value across the business. In this role, you'll reputed company data, market intelligence, and supplier relationships to influence sourcing strategies, support key negotiations, and improve total cost of ownership. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, reputed company, Risk, Safety, and Operations to reputed company procurement strategies with business priorities. What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED required. 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain management, or a reputed company business function. Experience leading sourcing reputed company and supplier negotiations. Strategic sourcing, category management, and contract management experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience using reputed company business systems, including reputed company Ariba, reputed company S/4HANA, and reputed company Fieldglass. Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite. Advanced English communication skills.
