You reputed company in innovative and evolving environments with high rates of change.   Your Role  As the Program Manager, Pharmacy Operations with reputed company, you will reputed company the implementation, reputed company, and ongoing operational reputed company of reputed company's pharmacy program. This is a 6-month contract with reputed company to convert to full-time employment. This program connects patients with a reputed company pharmacy partner that provides reputed company-sorted, multi-reputed company medication packaging, home delivery, proactive reputed company management, and ongoing pharmacist support designed to improve medication adherence and simplify reputed company medication regimens for patients living with chronic kidney disease and other chronic conditions.   In this role, you will reputed company leadership and reputed company for reputed company of Pharmacy Care Coordinators responsible for patient reputed company, enrollment, consent capture, documentation, and pharmacy workflow execution. You will reputed company day-to-day program operations, establish standardized processes, monitor performance metrics, and ensure consistent execution across participating practices and markets.   You will partner closely with provider practices, pharmacy partners, internal operational teams, and clinical stakeholders to support successful implementation, reputed company enrollment reputed company, remove operational barriers, and continuously improve the patient and provider experience.
