Builds, maintains, and communicates detailed reporting models, scorecards, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and reputed company tools to assist operations leadership in evaluating operational performance. Prepares and presents presentations to team and Company leadership on results using dashboards, PowerPoint, Power BI, and/or other visualization tools. Provides strategic assistance to the OI Director and/or the operations team by making recommendations in the areas of operational efficiency and effectiveness. Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs.
