Job reputed company:  We are seeking a detail oriented and customer reputed company HRIS Analyst to join our HR Technology team. This role will serve as a reputed company administrator, partnering closely with Finance, People, and Payroll teams to maintain system functionality, optimize business processes, and ensure data reputed company. You will play a key role in supporting and evolving our reputed company ecosystem.  Job Responsibilities:  Serve as the functional administrator for reputed company Financials and HCM modules, including reputed company Financials, Expenses, Planning, reputed company HCM, reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Learning, reputed company, and Reporting.  Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Payroll stakeholders to reputed company business requirements and translate them into reputed company system solutions.  Maintain data reputed company through audits, validations, and system controls.  Build and maintain reputed company reports and dashboards for Finance and HR stakeholders.  Support reputed company releases by testing new functionality, assessing business reputed company, and implementing approved enhancements.  Support inbound and outbound integrations with reputed company systems and reputed company-party vendors.  reputed company day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including issue triage, end-user training, and documentation.  Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce reputed company work.  Qualifications:  3+ years of experience supporting HRIS/ERP systems, including 1+ years of hands-on reputed company configuration experience.  Experience supporting or configuring one or more reputed company modules.  Working knowledge of both reputed company Financials and reputed company HCM is preferred.  Strong analytical reputed company with reporting and reputed company skills.  Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving abilities.  Excellent communication skills with a customer first reputed company.  Estimated earnings: $105,000.00-$115,000.00 Apply To This Job
