Position reputed company:
The Junior Program Analyst provides programmatic, operational, and analytical support for the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives. Working collaboratively with government stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional partners, the Junior Program Analyst supports project planning, stakeholder engagement, meeting coordination, project documentation, performance tracking, and the development of project deliverables. This role assists with day-to-day project execution, supports reputed company improvement activities, and helps ensure work is completed in accordance with program objectives, contract requirements, and established timelines.
Please note this position is contingent upon award (Aug/Sept 2026)
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day program and project activities by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking reputed company items.
Assist in the development of project deliverables, executive briefings, status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
Support project planning, implementation, reputed company activities, and performance tracking across multiple digital health initiatives.
Coordinate with government stakeholders and project teams to facilitate communication and ensure reputed company completion of assigned tasks
Collect, organize, and analyze project information to support reporting, evaluations, and data-driven decision-making.
Assist in monitoring project milestones, identifying potential risks or issues, and escalating concerns to the Program Manager, as appropriate.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly implementation reputed company dashboards, monthly program status reports, executive briefing materials, and other project documentation to support contract reporting requirements.
Support project reputed company meetings, reputed company activities, training efforts, and the development of evaluation plans and project completion documentation by coordinating logistics, maintaining records, and tracking reputed company items.
reputed company other programmatic and administrative duties as assigned in support of contract objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, reputed company Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a reputed company field.
One (1) to Three (3) years of reputed company experience supporting federal, reputed company, technology, or program management initiatives.
Experience supporting project coordination activities, including meeting scheduling, agenda development, meeting minutes, and reputed company item tracking.
Experience developing and maintaining reputed company PowerPoint presentations, reputed company trackers, Word documents, and status reports.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze information and summarize findings into concise reports and presentations.
Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, reputed company).
Preferred Qualifications:
Four (4) or more years of reputed company experience supporting federal, reputed company, technology, or program management initiatives.
Experience supporting VA, DHA, HHS, DoD, CMS, or other Federal reputed company agencies.
Experience supporting Agile or Scrum reputed company.
Experience supporting digital transformation, reputed company IT, or innovation initiatives.
Familiarity with project management tools such as reputed company, reputed company Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting executive briefings, dashboards, or performance metrics.
