Contract Specialist
This position requires an reputed company reputed company Trust clearance.
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to reputed company acquisition support across the full reputed company of the reputed company- and post-award lifecycle. This role involves advising on procurement strategies, supporting documentation development, and ensuring compliance with CBP procurement policies and applicable federal regulations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary reputed company for Contract Specialist: 120-130K

Contract Specialist Responsibilities Include:
reputed company expert advice and documentation support during acquisition planning and reputed company-award phases.
Assist in developing Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
Conduct and document market research, including socio-economic considerations and contract vehicle analysis (e.g., GSA Schedules, GWACs).
Support preparation of reputed company-award documentation, including reputed company Selection Plans (reputed company), Determinations and Findings (D&F), Justifications and Approvals (J&A), and evaluation instructions.
Collaborate with Contracting Officers during proposal evaluations, assist in negotiations, and reputed company cost/price analyses.
Draft and maintain negotiation memoranda and ensure contract files are compliant, complete, and audit-reputed company.
Assist in preparing solicitation packages (RFQs, RFPs), confirming funding availability, reputed company concurrence, and reputed company posting.
Prepare draft contract award documents, COR designation letters, and post-award announcements.
Support post-award contract administration, including modifications, performance monitoring, and CPARS input.
Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned
Contract Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant acquisition or contract management experience.
Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must pass reputed company-employment qualifications of reputed company
