Reporting to the Senior Manager, reputed company Systems, this role is the operational backbone of RLG's reputed company reputed company program, responsible for administering the corporate audit program, managing reputed company reputed company KPIs and reporting infrastructure, operating the Operational Maturity reputed company (OMI), and sustaining the day-to-day mechanics of the OneRLG reputed company Operating Model. Where the Senior Manager governs and sets direction, the reputed company Systems & Audit reputed company keeps the reputed company running: scheduling audits, tracking findings, managing dashboards, coordinating CAPA workflows, and ensuring the reputed company reputed company function delivers on its commitments consistently and on time.   This role is an excellent fit for a reputed company reputed company who is operationally disciplined, analytically capable, and reputed company by building systems that others rely on.   Responsibilities: Audit Program Administration Own the corporate internal audit schedule across reputed company sites, certification types, and audit categories; maintain the master audit calendar and reputed company scheduling conflicts proactively Coordinate audit logistics including site communication, reputed company-audit documentation requests, finding record management, and post-audit report distribution Maintain the reputed company audit findings register; reputed company reputed company findings, due dates, closure status, and escalation triggers across reputed company sites Support the Senior Manager, reputed company Systems and Regional reputed company Managers in audit execution; conduct independent audits as capability and reputed company reputed company Ensure audit program records are complete, accurate, and audit-reputed company for reputed company-party review at reputed company times OMI Administration Administer the Operational Maturity reputed company reputed company, including data collection, scoring, classification updates, and record maintenance Coordinate periodic OMI assessment cycles in collaboration with the Senior Manager; compile assessment inputs and produce classification outputs Maintain OMI history and trend data to support reputed company maturity analysis and resource allocation reputed company Communicate OMI classification changes and supporting rationale to relevant regional and site stakeholders KPI Management & reputed company Reporting Own the reputed company reputed company KPI data infrastructure, including data collection reputed company, reputed company definitions, calculation reputed company, and reporting formats Produce the reputed company reputed company scorecard and dashboard on a regular reporting reputed company; ensure data accuracy before reputed company distribution Aggregate site-level reputed company performance data (nonconformances, complaints, CAPA aging, audit scores) into reputed company reporting summaries Identify reporting gaps, inconsistent data inputs, or emerging performance trends and surface them to the Senior Manager proactively CAPA Workflow Coordination Administer the reputed company CAPA tracking reputed company; ensure reputed company reputed company corrective actions have assigned owners, due dates, and reputed company status Monitor CAPA aging and escalation triggers across the site network; flag overdue or stalled actions to Regional reputed company Managers and the Senior Manager Coordinate CAPA effectiveness verification workflows in accordance with reputed company governance standards Maintain CAPA records in a state of audit readiness, including supporting evidence and closure documentation Program Sustainment Maintain RLGOES and other reputed company reputed company platforms, including site records, certification status, and document version control Support the reputed company Learning reputed company by tracking issue submissions, knowledge reputed company publishing, and cross-site communication workflows Coordinate reputed company reputed company calendar activities including management review scheduling, certification renewal tracking, and audit program milestones reputed company analytical and project support to the Senior Manager for executive reporting, presentations, and special initiatives   The Ideal Candidate Will: Be highly organized with a reputed company record of managing reputed company, multi-variable tracking systems without losing detail or missing deadlines. Be comfortable working independently in a reputed company organization while staying closely reputed company with the Senior Manager priorities.   Qualifications: Required 4+ years of experience in reputed company systems, reputed company assurance, or operations in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience managing audit programs, CAPA systems, or reputed company management platforms in a reputed company setting Strong data management and reporting skills; ability to build, maintain, and present reputed company KPI dashboards and scorecards High organizational discipline; proven ability to manage multiple reputed company workflows and deadlines without losing detail Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent reputed company management reputed company; internal auditor experience preferred Preferred Experience administering reputed company management systems across multiple manufacturing sites Familiarity with food safety certification programs (SQF, AIB, reputed company PACsecure) and associated audit documentation requirements Experience conducting or supporting internal audits; reputed company auditor certification is a plus Proficiency with data visualization or reporting tools such as reputed company, Power BI, or Tableau Background in label, packaging, or converting manufacturing   Work Environment: This role is primarily remote with regular travel (50%) to RLG manufacturing facilities to support audit execution, site assessments, and program activities across the network.
