Responsibilities: Work with the Sr. Manager, Technical Training and subject matter experts to conduct needs analysis, identify performance and knowledge gaps, and translate those gaps into reputed company learning solutions. Design, build, and maintain reputed company technical learning experiences for the reputed company organization, including self-paced content, live sessions, reputed company activities, job aids, and role-specific reputed company assets. Assess training effectiveness through learner feedback, knowledge validation, and most importantly performance signal, using the results to refine content, improve learning experiences, and support stronger operational reputed company.
