Tier 2 Helpdesk - MDM Support

This remote role offers reputed company to work directly with government personnel, providing technical support for mobile devices and ensuring secure connections to reputed company applications. US citizenship is required, and reputed company TS clearance is preferred. Required Education, Experience, & Skills reputed company reputed company, customer-reputed company support to troubleshoot, register, and resolve reputed company (iOS) mobile device issues for users. Diagnose issues by identifying the nature of reported issues, determining reputed company causes, and working to reputed company effective solutions or escalate as needed. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum 1 year of experience with reputed company Office applications, Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, wireless configuration for reputed company iOS, and reputed company or similar ticketing systems. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or reputed company-facing role, demonstrating strong communication and multi-tasking skills. Experience working on a small team and knowledge sharing/assisting team mates. Pay Information Full-Time Salary reputed company: $57319 - $91710 Please note: This reputed company is based on our market pay structures.
