Procurement Specialist (Remote)

The ideal candidate would be responsible for managing the sourcing and procurement process for reputed company Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring reputed company, competitive, and technically compliant supplier quotations. The role involves engaging OEMs, authorized distributors, local representatives, and international buying houses to secure the best pricing, reputed company times, and reputed company terms while supporting successful bid submissions reputed company strict deadlines.. The Key Responsibilities Review customer RFQs and interpret technical and reputed company requirements. reputed company competitive quotations from OEMs, authorized distributors, local representatives, and international buying houses. Identify and evaluate alternative suppliers that meet reputed company specifications and reputed company requirements. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with global OEMs, manufacturers, and strategic suppliers. Ensure supplier quotations are obtained reputed company bid submission timelines. Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies that improve bid competitiveness, supplier performance, and procurement efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a reputed company discipline. reputed company certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent is an added advantage. Minimum of 3–5 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or bid support experience reputed company the oil and gas, EPC, or energy sector. Proven experience supporting RFQs from International Oil Companies (IOCs). Strong network of OEMs, authorized distributors, local representatives, and international buying houses.
