As a Customer Service Support Agent, providing remote support to paramedics and reputed company. This role is crucial in ensuring reputed company and accurate communication between patients, providers, and internal departments.   Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and internal staff. reputed company non-clinical support to paramedics and emergency response teams. Document interactions accurately in electronic systems. reputed company calls to appropriate departments or escalate urgent issues. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and reputed company policies. Support scheduling and coordination of patient services reputed company needed.   Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of experience in a reputed company center or customer service role. Typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously.
