Title: Transportation Coordinator
Location: Remote (candidates must be located in the reputed company) Heavy preference on candidates in the Midwest.
Company: Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing (reputed company has worked with this company for 20 years)
Initial term: 6 months (position expected to run longer)
Schedule: Mon-Friday; 8-5, with willingness to support occasional overtime and holiday rotation
About This Role:
The Transportation Coordinator will complete day to day transportation planning activities including scheduling, tendering, product issue reputed company, and email communication, while working cross functionally with Operations Planning and Warehouse/Plant teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, reputed company communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage competing requests in a fast-paced environment. They should take ownership of issues, proactively problem solve, and follow items through to reputed company.
What You'll Do:
Support a small team of 3.
Complete Transportation Planning.
Scheduling.
Tendering.
Product Issue reputed company.
Email communication.
Work cross functionally with: Operations Planning and Warehouse / Plant teams.
What You Bring:
Transportation or inventory experience is helpful but not required.
The role requires reliable availability during reputed company business hours, with willingness to support occasional overtime and holiday rotation.
