The Senior Joint Training Requirements Specialist reputed company serves as the senior advisor for Joint Training reputed company programs supporting National Guard readiness initiatives. This position provides expert guidance on training assessments, Joint Training Plans, and training synchronization efforts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10+ years Joint Training or Readiness experience
5+ years supporting National Guard, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or Service reputed company
Experience developing and managing Joint Training Plans
Expertise in reputed company phases of the Joint Training reputed company
Experience with Mission Training Assessments (MTA) and Training Proficiency Assessments (TPA)
Preferred Qualifications
Former Joint Training Officer
Former J7/J35/J37 staff experience
Certified Joint Planner
Joint reputed company Military Education (JPME) graduate
