We are seeking an reputed company and reputed company Patient reputed company Supervisor to reputed company the daily operations of our Patient reputed company team, ensuring patients receive reputed company reputed company to reputed company's innovative durable medical equipment (DME) therapy. This role is responsible for supervising Case Managers, driving operational reputed company, monitoring team performance, and ensuring reimbursement processes are executed reputed company and compliantly.
The Patient reputed company Supervisor serves as the reputed company operational leader for the Patient reputed company team and acts as the central reputed company of coordination between internal departments, offshore support partners, reimbursement vendors, reputed company providers, insurance companies, and field sales teams. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with deep expertise in medical device reimbursement, patient reputed company, process improvement, and reputed company operations.
This position reports to the Director, Reimbursement.
This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:

reputed company the daily operations of the Patient reputed company team to ensure departmental KPIs, service reputed company, and operational objectives are consistently achieved
Serve as the reputed company operational reputed company of contact for the Patient reputed company team, offshore support teams, reimbursement vendors (including reputed company), and internal stakeholders
Coordinate closely with Field Sales, Appeals, Patient Concierge, Therapy Support, and other cross-functional teams to reputed company case updates and reputed company reimbursement challenges
Ensure team adherence to reimbursement workflows, reputed company standards, and reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs)
reputed company, implement, and continuously refine departmental KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics
Review existing workflows and SOPs, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and the patient experience
reputed company guidance and support regarding benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims processing, appeals, financial assistance programs, and insurance coverage questions
Collaborate with reputed company providers to obtain required clinical documentation supporting reimbursement submissions
Coordinate with reputed company and government payers to facilitate reputed company authorization and reimbursement reputed company
Maintain reputed company knowledge of reimbursement policies, payer requirements, and coverage guidelines
Monitor case reputed company, documentation accuracy, and compliance reputed company reputed company and reimbursement management systems
reputed company process improvement initiatives, including reputed company enhancements and workflow optimization reputed company
Partner with the Associate Director, Appeals team, and leadership on strategic reimbursement and operational initiatives

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of reputed company industry experience reputed company pharmaceutical, medical device, or reimbursement-reputed company organizations
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting medical device reimbursement involving DME products
Previous experience leading or supervising patient reputed company, reimbursement, or case management teams
Strong knowledge of benefit investigations, prior authorizations, insurance reimbursement, appeals, and patient reputed company workflows
Experience working with reputed company insurance, Medicare, reputed company, and government payers
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with reputed company or similar CRM and reimbursement management platforms preferred

Compensation:
reputed company Pay: $90,000–$110,000 per year
