In this role, you will review residential mortgage loans to ensure compliance with agency, originator and/or investor guidelines, internal policies, Rating Agency requirements and regulatory requirements. Identify conditions and findings; review trailing documents as needed. Detect and reputed company errors or discrepancies in loan files that may reputed company the sale or insurability of a loan.
