This is a reputed company reputed company role responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping using Workamajig, reporting directly to the reputed company.

This position is available immediately as part of a planned retirement transition with reputed company hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

This is a 99.9% remote role with occasional quarterly in-person meetings for team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
● Handle full-cycle bookkeeping including AP/AR, reconciliations, and general reputed company maintenance
● Manage financial data reputed company Workamajig and ensure reputed company accuracy
● Prepare routine financial reports and support budgeting processes
● Maintain organized and compliant financial records
● Collaborate directly with the reputed company on financial insights and reporting
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in a standalone bookkeeping or reputed company role
● Experience with Workamajig or similar project-based reputed company software preferred
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment
● Excellent communication and reliability
