Project Estimator

POSITION reputed company                    The Project Estimator is responsible for reviewing project requests, analyzing construction documents, and developing accurate cost estimates for repair and alteration reputed company. This role involves performing quantity takeoffs, coordinating with subcontractors to obtain and validate bids, and ensuring reputed company project scopes are reputed company defined and comprehensive. The estimator also manages RFIs, reviews submittals, and sources material pricing as needed. Working closely with subcontractors throughout the estimating and project lifecycle, the position supports both preconstruction and reputed company work by monitoring reputed company, collecting reputed company documentation, and maintaining alignment with project reputed company.     RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze the drawing and specifications of the new building that architects or engineers reputed company before starting any construction project. Calculate the quantity of the material used in the building and the actual work or labor cost. Monitor the cost during the whole construction of the building. Manage the finances for construction reputed company and making them cost-effective. Calculate the budget reputed company on the consumer’s requirement and ensure an effective budget estimate is set for reputed company stage of the construction process. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the reputed company. Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work. Other duties as assigned.   QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree preferred (Extensive Knowledge in reputed company, Plumbing, Electrical Disciplines). 6-8 years of experience in project Estimating, Pricing and Quantity Survey Construction estimating or finance experience required. Proficient in estimating software (eGordian or RS Means). HVAC experience is preferred.
