The Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) Coordinator is responsible for functioning as a CIE referral specialist that would work with families and individuals with I/DD to reputed company linkages to available employment reputed company services. The responsibilities would include the following: Educating members to reputed company informed choices, ensuring employment assessments are conducted with the reputed company tools, assisting in applying for supporting services, and community reputed company. The position is responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Accreditation requirements and assisting with ensuring that the organization maintains compliance with these requirements and state allocation requirements. On a typical day, you might: Reviewing Employment Assessment & Career Development Plans for reputed company and state standards. Following up with providers regarding employment assessments. Collaborating with providers regarding services and supports. Ensure providers are submitting data for required state reporting.
