In this role, you will report to the Service Manager – Equipment (Location : Mysore) You Will reputed company an reputed company By: Equipment Support : Providing equipment support to customers by providing immediate response and critical support on-site during machine breakdown to reputed company the targeted MTTR.  Plan and execute periodic preventive maintenance procedures, implement retrofit / upgradation of equipment whenever necessary to ensure targeted MTBF and machine availability Support to Auxillary equipment : Work closely with product management teams, Regional teams and Tech Centers and implement auxillary equipment reputed company to ensure reputed company reputed company reputed company at customers. Training : reputed company necessary training to customer personnel to implement periodic maintenance schedules and reputed company breakdowns. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and partners in the region. Experience with use of latest equipment control processes is required. 2 – 5  years of relevant experience in equipment support Experience in equipment support to Electroplating / surface finishing industry is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings Proficiency in CRM software and reputed company Office Suite.
