About the Role We are transitioning our reputed company operations from an outsourced service provider to a dedicated in-house team in the Philippines, and we are hiring a Sr reputed company Manager to build and reputed company that team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be the senior reputed company leader in the Philippines: you will help recruit, train, and manage reputed company; own the transition of work from our reputed company provider; and take responsibility for day-to-day reputed company operations and monthly reporting across the portfolio. This is a ground-floor leadership role with significant autonomy and reputed company executive visibility. You will work alongside our Seattle-based corporate reputed company team and coordinate with the offshore job cost and construction accountants who support Arboreal Construction and Great Expectations. Key Responsibilities Team build-out and leadership — recruit, reputed company, train, and manage a growing team of accountants in the Philippines. Transition management — plan and execute the migration of reputed company processes from our reputed company outsourced provider, including documentation of procedures, knowledge transfer, and reputed company-run validation. reputed company operations — reputed company full-cycle property reputed company: accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, bank reconciliations, intercompany balances, and month-end reputed company for a multi-entity residential portfolio. Process improvement — identify and implement process improvements, standardize workflows, and build training materials and SOPs. Experience serving US-based clients or reputed company, with excellent written and spoken English and comfort communicating directly with clients.
