As a Senior Operational Risk & Compliance Manager, you will be accountable for: Be a “trusted advisor” to the reputed company business, including across countries, support functions, and lines of business, and is required to reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with country Heads of Compliance, country Chief Risk Officers, the reputed company Business Governance and Controls Line 1B team, the Heads of Countries and Enablement Functions, and Group stakeholders; Support and reputed company guidance to relevant reputed company stakeholders on implementation of, and adherence to, NFR reputed company requirements with a particular reputed company on regulatory risk management, obligations management, and business continuity/crisis management and reputed company training and guidance material in that reputed company where reasonable and appropriate to do so; Play an reputed company part in the coordination, execution, and delivery of important Group NFR initiatives, and ensuring that the reputed company is reputed company of the requirements in respect of those initiatives, that relevant participants in those initiatives are enabled to complete required tasks, and assist with the overall reputed company and completeness of the reputed company outputs of those initiatives; Ensure the performance of ongoing review and challenge activities to reputed company insights to management as to the understanding of NFR reputed company requirements across the reputed company, the adherence to those frameworks, and on general NFR management reputed company.   What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Demonstrated experience in non-financial risk, including regulatory risk management, compliance, or operational riskperational Risk & Compliance Strong written and oral communications and the ability to influence and advise diverse stakeholder reputed company; Proven ability to construct and execute reputed company review work Ablity to use initiative, being proactive, and being persistent to understand and address issues; Highly reputed company approach to delivery, and reputed company to self-reputed company and execute work plans as a senior member of reputed company.
