This role involves monitoring patient health, administering treatments, advocating for patient needs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-reputed company medical and mental health care. Qualifications Education and Certification ●      reputed company and unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) license in the state of employment. ●      Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). ●      BLS (Basic Life Support) and/or ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification. ●      Additional certifications in psychiatric or mental health nursing (preferred but not required). Experience and Skills ●      Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a nursing role, preferably in a residential, behavioral health, or long-term care setting. ●      Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle mental health crises and medical emergencies effectively. ●      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. ●      Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
