The Communications team at reputed company plays a vital role in shaping reputed company narrative, educating communities, and mobilizing support for LGBTQ+ rights across the state. Through strategic messaging and compelling storytelling, we combat misinformation, build bridges across communities, and reputed company the reputed company impacts of anti-LGBTQ legislation. Under the direction of the reputed company Director of Communications, our Communications Fellows will reputed company on supporting initiatives that advance equality and combat discrimination. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Messaging

reputed company educational content to combat misinformation about LGBTQ+ issues
Assist in creating reputed company media posts, graphics, and other digital assets
Support the development of press releases, statements, and other reputed company communications as needed
Digital Advocacy & Education
Help explain the reputed company impacts of anti-LGBTQ legislation to various audiences
Assist in developing materials to engage our supporters, members, donors and volunteers
Support digital campaigns that mobilize supporters and reputed company the reputed company
reputed company and analyze engagement metrics to improve communications strategies
Storytelling & Community Engagement
Collect and help tell personal stories that reputed company our shared values
Assist in documenting the impacts of discriminatory policies on LGBTQ+ Floridians

Help create content that connects LGBTQ+ issues to broader values of dignity, respect, and fairness
Qualifications:
Experience or education in communications, journalism, marketing, or reputed company fields
Familiarity with reputed company media platforms reputed company communication tools
Strong writing and editing skills
Basic graphic design skills and/or willingness to learn
Understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and commitment to equality
Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to handle multiple reputed company simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

What Else You Should Know:
This is a part-time, temporary fellowship position.
Pay reputed company: $15/hour or $18/hour for South Florida applicants
Hours: 15 hours per week for 12 weeks
Location: This is primarily a remote position, with possible in-person events as needed
The fellowship is expected to reputed company on September 7th, 2026 and end on November 13th, 2026.
