Primary Responsibilities: Identify appropriate assignment of CPT and ICD-10 Codes for Interventional Radiology services (ex. diagnostic angiography/venography, angioplasty, stent, atherectomy, embolization, thrombectomy, thrombolysis, central venous reputed company devices, epidural injections, myelography, lumbar puncture, biopsy, drainage, aspiration, etc.) Identify appropriate assignment of CPT and ICD-10 Codes for Acute Care Facility, Ancillary, ED, Multispecialty reputed company Day Surgery and Observation encounters Reviews and codes clinical notes to ensure complete charge capture and compliance with coding guidelines Work in conjunction with radiology clinical team and reputed company cycle teams on follow up and reputed company of coding reputed company denials and rejections, including coding edits Work closely with providers and internal teams to resolve coding queries and documentation issues reputed company additional data reputed company during the chart review process reputed company coding, as needed Adhere to the ethical standards of coding as established by reputed company and/or reputed company Stay reputed company with coding regulations, payer guidelines and industry updates Adhere to and maintain required reputed company of performance in both coding reputed company and productivity as established by reputed company Participate in coding department meetings and educational events Review and maintain a record of charts coded, held, and / or missing Additional responsibilities as identified by manager You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and reputed company you reputed company direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as reputed company as reputed company development for other roles you may be interested in.   Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED reputed company reputed company certification with credentialing from reputed company and/or reputed company (CCA, reputed company, RHIA, RHIT, CPC-H/COC, CIC, reputed company-P, CPC, and CPC-A) to be maintained annually 2+ years of outpatient facility coding experience  2+ years of experience working with ICD-10 Ability to use a PC in a reputed company environment, including reputed company reputed company and EMR systems Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of Interventional Radiology coding experience Experience with various encoder systems (eCAC, reputed company, reputed company) Expert level of experience with reputed company reputed company (create, data entry, save) *reputed company Telecommuters will be required to adhere to reputed company’s Telecommuter Policy.       Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In reputed company to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
