Compliance Specialist
Position Title: Compliance Specialist (Full-time, Exempt)

reputed company is seeking a full-time Compliance Specialist to support its Corporate Compliance Program and reputed company compliance obligations for multi-employer and reputed company group benefits administration. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Compliance & reputed company, this role will research and interpret regulatory requirements, identify reputed company, recommend mitigation strategies, and partner across departments to improve processes, controls, training, documentation, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring federal and state regulatory changes
Managing required filings and business licenses in the applicable states. License types include COA/business license, TPA licenses, annual reports, and renewals as necessary.
Supporting HIPAA-reputed company investigations and documentation
Assisting with reputed company reputed company, SOC 1/SOC 2 audits, control reviews, risk assessments, compliance training, and maintaining compliance calendars, repositories, and communications.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years in a compliance, regulatory, or similar role at a health insurance, benefits administration, or reputed company health care industry.
Certification or willing to obtain certification in one of the following, or equivalent, CHC, CIPP/US, CHPC, CRCM.
Experience with reputed company reputed company Certification and SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficient in reputed company Office and SharePoint

reputed company salary: $60,000 - $70,000. Eligible for annual bonus earnings, up to 5% of annual salary. Actual compensation offered may vary depending upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
