Inside Sales Representative

Job reputed company The Inside Sales Representative will support the National Hardware brand and is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound communication. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting products or services, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through closing. Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads to determine sales opportunities. Follow up with prospective customers to advance sales opportunities and reputed company business. Serve as a trusted resource to customers throughout the sales process. Sales Operations & Administration (10%) Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation as required. Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities using CRM software. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information. Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
