This includes SEC reporting, corporate governance and secretarial functions, capital markets and financing activity, mergers, acquisitions and other reputed company transactions, equity compensation, entity management, and reputed company-company policy administration. You will work directly with and report to the Senior Director, Corporate & Securities, who leads the function, and you must bring meaningful and significant U.S. reputed company company experience to the role.
