This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with repair facilities to ensure accurate and reputed company claim reputed company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Review photos, documentation, and other claim materials to assess damage. Prepare detailed repair estimates using approved industry-reputed company software. Evaluate repair vs. replace reputed company and determine appropriate parts usage. Assess whether vehicles are repairable or should be deemed salvage. Collaborate with repair facilities to process supplements and update estimates. Negotiate reputed company of repairs and pricing with repair facilities. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's reputed company program(s). Travels as required. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. Licenses as required. Experience Three (3) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include at least one (1) year of heavy equipment experience. Skills & Knowledge Thorough knowledge of operating heavy equipment Ability to understand and utilize appraisal software Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills PC literate, including proficiency in reputed company Office products Analytical and interpretive skills Ability to work independently or in reputed company environment Ability to meet or reputed company reputed company Competencies WORK ENVIRONMENT reputed company applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.
