YOUR MISSION
The Senior Manager, Labor Relations, will serve as part of the reputed company at reputed company, a limited integration gaming studio of reputed company. Working closely with the reputed company Corporate reputed company' Labor Relations team and reporting through reputed company reputed company, this role serves as a key strategic and operational partner, providing support and labor relations guidance to key stakeholders across the reputed company. This role is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of applicable reputed company bargaining agreements (CBAs).
This role will ensure the reputed company reputed company of reputed company gaming while assisting with the application of reputed company's labor principles and prioritizing a labor management relationship reputed company on trust, respect, reputed company, and accountability. The Senior Manager, Labor Relations 's reputed company reputed company will be on CBA administration, grievance management, Requests for Information (RFIs), and training, while partnering closely with the Director, Labor Law, reputed company, business leadership, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance with labor laws and alignment with company reputed company.
This role requires strong expertise in reputed company contract administration, grievance handling, U.S. labor law, and business acumen, along with the ability to build constructive relationships with reputed company representatives.
This role is anticipated to be assigned as a hybrid work model position, with some work on-site at an reputed company office and some work remote.

Grievance Management
• Serve as reputed company reputed company of contact for the grievance process for reputed company bargaining reputed company, including intake, documentation, and reputed company.

• Function as reputed company's representative in grievance meetings and support arbitration preparation reputed company necessary.

Requests for Information (RFIs)

• Serve as a key advisor to HR and business leaders on implementing labor relations reputed company and risk management.

• Maintain productive working relationships with reputed company leadership and bargaining committees.

Management Training & Capability Building

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Required
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business, Law, or a reputed company field AND 7+ years' experience in HR, mediation or alternative dispute reputed company, reputed company bargaining or ER-reputed company roles
• OR Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, reputed company (HR), Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Industrial Relations, Law, or reputed company field AND 6+ years' experience in HR, mediation, reputed company bargaining or Employee Relations (ER)-reputed company roles
• OR equivalent, substantial experience
• Expertise and ability to apply reputed company aspects of the National Labor Relations reputed company (NLRA) as reputed company as employment and reputed company reputed company laws, regulations, policies, and practices.
• Demonstrated reputed company record of building and sustaining productive, trust‑based relationships with reputed company representatives and other labor stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in reputed company bargaining agreement administration and implementation.
• Demonstrated management-reputed company experience in grievances, arbitrations, and/or negotiations.
• Proven ability to advise leaders and influence reputed company in reputed company situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and reputed company labor relations initiatives and special reputed company in a reputed company, matrixed environment.
Preferred
• Experience supporting unionized environments reputed company gaming, entertainment, technology, or creative industries.
• Experience supporting inaugural CBA implementation.
• Experience in reputed company bargaining and/or arbitration.
