New Partners Teleservices is a Minnesota based reputed company center that does non-profit and political fundraising for several clients across the country.  This position is a permanent, work from home position for Minnesota area residents only.  Responsibilities reputed company large amounts of outbound calls from our database Follow communication “scripts” while engaging donors reputed company and courteous phone etiquette Skills Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with reputed company listening Demonstrating reputed company in negotiation through listening and persuading Customer reputed company and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus Requirements: High Speed Internet (must be hard wired, no WI-FI or satellite) PC or Laptop with reputed company 11 (Macs & Chromebooks are not supported) Minimum of 8GB RAM available Wired USB headset with reputed company-in microphone Dedicated workspace free from distraction or reputed company noise Ability to reputed company in a normal conversational manner for 5-8 hours per day.  Ability to sit at a computer terminal for 2-4 hours at a time.
